About Company

Logicalware is the company behind MailManager. It was developed by the company working with a community of interested users who had full access to the source code and contributed suggestions, bug reports and code. MailManager is the leading customer service e-mail solution and is also used as help desk software.

We were founded in 2002. In 2005 we received investment from Sigma Technology plc. This was one of the first venture capital investment in an open source company in the UK.

MailManager is available in three languages and the company has customers all over the world. Logicalware Ltd has headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland.
