Logicalware develops MailManager which is a leading e-mail response management system.

We work with carefully selected partner companies to offer services throughout the world. There are three different partner programs covering a wide range of different ways we can work together. Logicalware affiliates promote MailManager on their websites and then earn as they sell MailManager products. The affiliate program will launch shortly, fill in the form below to be informed when the program starts.

MailManager Solution Partners help customers recognize MailManager and integrate it into their existing infrastructure. Currently the Solution Partners Program is free to join although partners must agree to our Code of Practice and demonstrate a knowledge of MailManager. Solution Partners will receive referrals from Logicalware consultants and be listed on this site.

Partner Code of Practice

The following Code of Practice is binding on partners participating in any of the Logicalware Ltd partner programs.

You must not promote Logicalware on any unsuitable sites. The CEO of Logicalware will have the final say on what websites are unsuitable. Examples of unsuitable websites are sites that:
- Promote sexually explicit materials.
- Promote violence.
- Promote intolerance based on race, religion, nationality, religion, sexuality or disability.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
You must not use Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or spam postings on Usenet to promote Logicalware.
You may not register any domain names containing the words 'MailManager' or 'logicalware' or any miss-spellings of these terms.
Logicalware partners must not partner with direct competitors of Logicalware Ltd. Direct competitors are companies which offer e-mail management or e-mail response management software or other companies which the CEO of Logicalware may judge to be competing.
Logicalware may modify any of this code at any time by posting details of the change at their website at http://www.logicalware.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your partnership with Logicalware.
Our liability at any time is limited to the total fees paid to you in a given year.
For Solution Partners only: A basic knowledge of Python, Zope and PostgreSQL must be demonstrated. Partners must have detailed knowledge of MailManager. In order to demonstrate this knowledge they must be prepared to submit interview or questions by e-mail from Logicalware.
For Solution Partners only: You are granted permission by Logicalware to use the "Logicalware Solution Partner" logo on your website or other publicity material while you are a partner and subject to all of the terms in this code.
This code of practice is to be governed under Scots Law.
