No payment details will be taken at the beginning of your 45 day trial, it is free. If you choose to sign up to the service after your free trial you will be invoiced on a pay as you go basis. There is no set up fee. Discounts apply if you pay annually.

If you decide not to sign up to the service, all your data stored within Logicalware will be returned to you.

All trials include optional consultancy. Have a 1 − 1 meeting with a consultant online. They will guide you through all the key features & set up, making this the fastest way to get up and running. Our consultants have a wealth of experience in how to provide the best customer service online and can advise on how to set up the system to meet your targets. As a SAAS solution you can start using it in seconds, simply log in. You don't have to involve your whole business in the trial, choose a small group or department. Scale up when you're ready.

Your account manager will be in touch to see if you want to sign up to the service. You will not be automatically charged after 45 days.

If you have a large number of users we may modify the cost per user accordingly.

During your trial you may add up to 50 users. If you would like more just let us know. If you decide to stay with us after your trial the number of users you have is always flexible. Add or remove users to deal with busier periods.
