How does our free trial work?
Our free trial lets you discover all the features of our helpdesk for a maximum of 30 days. You can trial our helpdesk with as many agents as you wish. Once your trial period has expired, our sales team will contact you to discuss your further requirements.
What support do you provide?
We can provide you with a one-to-one demonstration of the product where we will discuss and establish your requirements to help you and your agents get the most from your helpdesk. These are available on request, as and when you require.

How will I be billed?
We will email you an invoice in advance on the 1st working day of every month. Your first invoice will include any service prior to the issue date. Payment is due within 1 calendar month from the date of issue.
Is it easy to add or subtract agents?
You can add or subtract agents to accommodate the changing needs of your business by contacting our support team. Agents are charged on a per monthly basis so if you are subtracting, we advise you to wait until the end of the month as we will be unable to credit you.
