Consultancy and Customisation

We offer a full consultancy service to set up and extend MailManager. Typical consulting tasks are:

• Advising on email management solutions
• Training staff to use the product
• Training systems administrators to set up the system
• Developing custom workflows or response rules
• Adding extra features to MailManager

If you wish and if the changes are suitable we can include the features we have developed for you in the main MailManager product. This has the advantage of eliminating maintenance costs on the new code and as software maintenance is usually more expensive than the original development this can be a substantial saving.
