Yes - drop us an email: support@logicalware.com with the package you want to upgrade/downgrade too at any time. You can also upgrade/downgrade the number of users you have.
2) WHAT HAPPENS AFTER FREE TRIAL?
The support team will email you prior to your trial expiring. If you like using Logicalware and want to continue with the service then you can choose from 3 pricing plans. (link to pricing page) and your trial account and settings will become your permanent account.
3) IS THERE A CANCELLATION PERIOD?
No, you can cancel at anytime but we're pretty sure you won't want to.
4) IS MY DATA SAFE?
Logicalware is web hosted. Data security and systems security is provided through daily backups to protect information stored on Logicalware servers. Logicalware is secure because only authorized users can access the system. View privacy policy
5) IS THERE A SET UP FEE?
No hidden costs, no set up fee, no training fees and no support fee - your only payments are your pay monthly or annual user fee.
6) WHAT SUPPORT & UPDATES CAN I EXPECT FROM LOGICALWARE?
We provide 24/7 support. Different pricing plans will offer different levels of support and automatic version updates.
7) IS LOGICALWARE AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?
Yes - Logicalware is a multilingual service, new language versions can be added as required, so just let us know.
8) CAN I RESELL LOGICALWARE?

9) HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
We offer monthly and annual billing. If you choose annual billing for regular and pro plans then a discount is applied. VAT is charged for UK sales. There is no tax charged by Logicalware on Euro or Dollar sales
10) CAN I MODIFY LOGICALWARE MYSELF?
No your company cannot modify Logicalware - however the software is always being upgraded and we can develop specific features according to your specifications. We have an internal research and development team dedicated to both systems.
