Implementation and training is important to maximising the benefits in your investment in mail manager. We provide a free of charge initial telephone and online coaching.

One of the key benefits in Mailmanger is the ease of setup and intuitive screens for users, however there may be instances where you would like to receive additional training, for the user who you may want to add to the service at later dates or simply to learn about all new features added since the initial set up.

We offer the following support options:

• FREE telephone/web support training
• Face to face training at our Edinburgh offices for a fee of £500 per day up to 5 delegates
• Face to face training at your UK office for a fee of £750 per day up to 5 delegates
• Video conference for the clients outside the UK for a fee of £500 or by special arrangement

We are flexible to adapt the training to your needs depending on the number of participants.
