MailManager services large online retailers such as Play.com, Blacks and Gardens Alive. One of our largest customers Play.com has been listed on the top 100 UK websites.
In 2006 Play.com examined it's current customer service solution and realised the company could become more efficient and cost effective by implementing an email response management solution that supported significantly higher levels of interaction.

Play.com now has up to 100 e-mail recipients servicing multiple sites who are using MailManager. Almost 40,000 emails were handled during December 2006 and a 50% improvement in email response has been observed as a result of using MailManager.
