Pre-Sale Support

We know how frustrating it can be when you take out a free trial and you are just dumped a few automated emails and left to get on with it. At Logicalware we don’t leave you to your own devices (unless you really want to be). Our Account Manager and Technical specialist will work with you to make sure the trial works best for you.
To assist in a smooth set up we have easy to use Step by Step Start Guides. Additionally, for those of you who wish to dive deep into the breadth of functionality Logicalware has to offer we offer a searchable Knowledgebase with articles helping you to set up as well as an online community, forum and blog.

If you feel like you would benefit from Face to Face training, then we would love to hear from you. Depending on the needs of your business, we can offer on-site training at a location that suits you.

Trial to client transition

Our Account Manager will help with Transition support. Moving from trial to being fully operational with our product can be achieved in a matter of hours, depending on the complexity and size of your operation. Trial accounts – complete with all the data and administrative settings you’ve been working with – are simply switched to live status, so there’s no need to start all over again.
Trialling a product isn’t always the same as using it daily. We know there may be some additional users or features that need to be added. We will help support you along the way and as ever you will benefit from our Knowledgebase.
